I don’t have a PO number, can I still place an order?
No, you can only place an order with a valid PO number approved in Concur. Any orders submitted without one or invalid PO will be rejected.
How do I order?
Can I order different quantities to those shown?
The minimum order quantity as per the pricing index. If you require more than the stock figure shown, please contact Cathy Chivers, see ‘Contact Us’ section.
I would like my own design printed on the items I order, can I do this?
The designs are pre-approved and all stock products are branded as they appear on this website. If you require a new design please contact Apex Marketing, see ‘Contact Us’ section.
How long will my order take?
The lead times are stated on the production information pages and will be confirmed once the order has been confirmed.
